Million Pound Cloud
your mother does not like me
the one time we spoke
she told me how sad you were
on the day of my wedding
she said you cried
well, i cried too
my love loved you more
than i loved myself
& i fell apart
then my pieces were placed accordingly
formed into this Picasso
monochromatic
each angle a different version
fragmented strange
but still a work of art
if you look at it long enough
time travels
and we go along
playing either or
of will I be a
casualty or causality
of heartbreak
all i know is
forever you will be
the density of air that keeps
the weight of my million pound cloud
floating in the sky
